Ben's New Job...

Ben started his new job today and he really thinks he is going to like it. We just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has been praying about this... you know he has been struggling with wanting to change jobs for a while and your prayers for him have meant alot to us. For those of you who don't know yet, Ben is the new Office Supervisor of the Comprehensive Pain Center! He really likes his new boss and all the people he is going to be working with. We are so thankful for this and for everything else that God is doing in our lives! If we could just get moved in to our new treehouse...

I also wanted to ask everyone to keep my cousin Ryan in your prayers. He is with the Army Rangers in Iraq right now and of course we are praying for a speedy and safe return home.

And, if you are in South Carolina you need to be voting in the Democratic Primary on Saturday, January 26th for John Edwards!!! And if you are in another state just wait till your primary day!

And just for fun... Ben, Bradley, and I were sitting on the couch tonight and I was telling Bradley that he couldn't play the playstation alone anymore because he had messed up one of my games for it and he informed me that "the game was jacked up and he didn't do it"... I don't know where he gets this stuff from.

New Year's

Ben got tickets to the Peach Bowl for Christmas so he and I went down to Atlanta to ring in the New Year. We went to the game... which was really fun. It was a really good game... even though Clemson didn't win. Then we meet up with some friends and hung out for a while. The next morning we just grabbed breakfast at a Waffle House and then hit the road to get home for dinner at Gigi's.

Smores

After all the Christmas activites at Jeanie's house she had everything ready for the boys to make smores. We all went outside and roasted marshmellows... it was really fun. Jeb just enjoyed cooking the marshmellows for others to eat and Kyler just enjoyed eating anything off of the food table. Kyler definitly thought he was as big as the rest of the boys! Good idea Jeanie... we might have to make this a tradition, if the weather permits!

Christopher Christmas

We went up to Jeanie and Dave's to celebrate on the day after Christmas. The boys had a great time playing together on the porch and outside. We had a nice meal and then we had a lot of fun opening gifts. I especially loved my awesome gift from Lane!

Knight Christmas

We had a Christmas celebration with the Knight family on Christmas day at Abby and Jonas's house. It was a lot of fun... and the kids had a great time tearing the playroom down. It was fun to see baby Samuel... he has already grown so much. Bradley thinks he is the sweetest thing. The boys also had a great time performing a dance show for us and trying on all of Jeb's cowboy gear that he got from Santa. We also all got a kick out of Marsha's and Myra's Christmas costumes... Marsha was Mrs. Clause and Myra was one of Santa's elves!

Addis Christmas

We had the Addis Christmas this year at Gigi and Papa's. We had a big dinner and then opened up gifts. It was a lot of fun and the kids really had a great time, especially with all of their ride on toys from Mamaw and Poppie. It didn't take Coop or Kyler long to figure out how to make them go. Bradley was also excited to have the biggest present... that was wrapped up anyway.

Santa

The boys were so good this year that Santa came to see them a day early! We were all so surprised! I'm not sure they were good enough to get all of the toys they got though... but they had a fun time playing with everything and opening their gifts from Santa.
